Cable Assembly Manufacturing
We offer a large variety of cable assemblies to suit your business needs. Over 95% of our cable assemblies are customised, incorporating custom lengths, colours and special pin-outs in our designs, through to fully customised connectors and cable looms.
Harnessing
We can make harnesses of various lengths fitted with many connector types on them
and have done so for the military, commercial industry and for medical devices.
Box Build
We can offer the complete turnkey solution and provide a complete panel or box build assembly. This is whether it's a single panel or hundreds of complex systems.
PCB Assembly
We can make single sided, double sided, multilayer, flexi & surface mount or through hole populated PCBs in a range of materials, sizes and complexity including finepitch quad flat packs.
Wiring Harnesses
A wiring harness is the same thing as a wiring loom. It is a collection of wires bundled and held together by sleeving or cable ties forming a loom. This loom is routed and fitted with connectors or connections along its length. Many wiring harnesses have multiple junctions
and split-offs with either bare ends, crimped wires or connectors on the end.
Complex Harnesses are usually made on a loom board, once a loom board is produced, harness production can be done efficiently.
Wires
Each harness can be labelled with push on or slide on markers or colour coded and can be
made from a wide range of wire types, PVC, PolyOlefin, Low Smoke Zero Halogen and various wiring grades for military use such as Type 99 cable. Single cores or screened cable can be run with pre-prepared ends using loom boards to construct the shape.
Each harness can be 100% electrically tested by a CIRRIS tester to check it is a point to point connection and perform an insulation test.
The size of the harness is limited only by the space in our factory, if you have an extra large loom please contact us to discuss. Not all harnesses need be large, many product wiring harnesses are only a few cms long linking an external connector with a circuit board.

We have constructed a wide variety of harnessing of various lengths from cm to many meters using a wide range of automatic and manual crimp tools with which to crimp the terminals. If required connections can be soldered in leaded or lead-free and connector
backshells can be potted.
Every cable is electrically tested by a CIRRIS tester.
Injection Overmoulding - Low-Pressure Overmoulding
Overmoulding is the process of surrounding a component with plastic.
We utilize a low-pressure moulding process to create our over-moulded assemblies.
Overmoulding is ideal for D-Types, Circular Connectors such as DIN, M8, M12, ODU, etc. and gives a professional finish to the cable assembly.

- M8 3 and 4 pole female straight moulded connectors with choice of PVC or PUR/PVC cable
- M8 3 and 4 pole male straight moulded connectors with rotating coupling nut that is ideal for splitter boxes or use with panel mount receptacles
- M8 3 and 4 pole female 90º or right angle moulded connectors with choice of PVC or PUR/PVC cable.
- M8 3 pole connector with LED indication of power and switch status.

Box & Panel Build
We manufacture a full electrical and mechanical box build assembly service. The service we provide is tailor-made to our customers’ requirements. We have extensive knowledge and experience of box
build this helps us retain the highest standards when it comes to assembling, testing, packing and shipping our units to customers. Our box build service range from small panel assemblies and small
plastic enclosures, right up to large complex fabricated cabinets. All our products are manufactured to ISO9001:2008 standard. We also manufacture to IPC standard and to ensure this standard is kept

Panel Wiring Assemblies
Panel Wiring assemblies are found in factories to monitor and control machines or production lines and in places such as nuclear power plants, ships, aircraft and mainframe computers. Older control panels are most often equipped with push buttons and analogue
instruments, whereas today in many cases touch screens are used for monitoring and control purposes.
